What does an AI image upscaler do?

It increases image resolution using Topaz Standard V2 inference. Unlike ordinary resizing, it estimates image detail. The result is a larger image, not guaranteed recovery of real lost detail.

Can I upscale an image to 2× or 4×?

Yes. Width and height each double or quadruple, keeping the original aspect ratio. A 1920 × 1080 input at 4× or a 3840 × 2160 input at 2× can reach 7680 × 4320 (8K). Smaller inputs produce smaller results. Check the exact dimensions and price before confirming.

Is this a free image upscaler?

This tool requires sign-in and Poster credits. Get the exact price before confirming. Successful delivery is charged once; resuming or downloading the same result does not buy another upscale.

Which images and downloads are supported?

Upload one JPG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB. The result is JPEG with a white background in transparent areas. Your original file is retained. For transparent subjects, use the separate background-removal tool.

Can it make small text or blurry faces perfectly sharp?

No. AI can alter letter shapes and facial details. Compare at 100% and check the result before printing or publishing.

What if I refresh or a download fails?

Resume the accepted task. Its saved identity is reused; a status or download error does not automatically submit another paid enhancement.
