Poster generation is priced by the model and resolution you choose — 2–5 credits — and the Generate button shows the exact price before you start. An AI change is two charges: identifying what you clicked costs 1 credit once it has run, and the change itself costs 2 credits when it is delivered; 4K posters can’t be edited yet; they are download-only. Manual editing is free; resuming or retrying the same task is never charged twice.
Background removal is free, with no subscription or credits required. AI upscaling uses your account credits; review the actual output size and credit quote before confirming processing.

Successful delivery is charged once; failed jobs are not charged. Resuming, saving or downloading the same result does not cost extra credits. Existing credit validity, cancellation and refund rules apply.

- Does background removal require a subscription or credits?
- No. Background removal and transparent PNG downloads run on your device, require no account and use no credits. Sign in only if you choose to import the result into your private poster workspace.
- How is AI image upscaling charged?
- AI upscaling uses credits from your existing subscription or credit packs; no separate subscription is required. Choose a scale, review the actual output size and credit quote, then confirm. A successfully delivered result is charged once; recovering the same task or downloading it again does not purchase another upscale.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Refunds are available only within 72 hours of purchase and only if no paid credits from that purchase or billing cycle have been used. Once any paid credit has been used, or after 72 hours, the purchase is non-refundable. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but keeps the current billing period active. Refund requests are reviewed manually through support; approved refunds are returned in full through Stripe to the original payment method.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to the current paid period until it ends; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the active period.
