Can I resize to exact dimensions?

Yes, within the displayed side and total-pixel limits. Use pixels directly, or convert inches/centimeters using PPI. Unlocking the aspect ratio can stretch the image.

What scale presets are available?

Quick presets for 25%, 50%, 75%, 150%, and 200% scaling. Click any preset to instantly set the target dimensions.

Will resizing reduce image quality?

Upscaling may show some softness. Downscaling preserves quality well. The output uses the same format as your input.

Is this tool free and private?

Yes. Resizing happens entirely in your browser. Your images never leave your device.

Can I use centimeters, inches and PPI?

Yes. Inches × PPI gives pixels; centimeters ÷ 2.54 × PPI gives pixels. Results round to whole pixels and must fit both displayed output limits. 8.5 × 11 inches at 300 PPI gives 2550 × 3300 pixels.

Does selecting 300 PPI make a print-ready file?

It calculates pixels only. It does not write your chosen density into the exported file, recover lost detail, add bleed, convert to CMYK, or create a PDF. Check the actual file dimensions and your printer’s requirements.
