Is this a real vector conversion?
Yes. The converter traces pixel regions into SVG paths. It does not wrap the original PNG inside an SVG. This is an approximation, not a recovery of the original design.

Before you convert
- Best for logos, icons and clear line art. Edges are redrawn, so results are not pixel-perfect.
- Photos and gradients become colour regions. Small text, fine details and translucent edges can change, and the SVG can be larger than the PNG.
- Up to 1,048,576 pixels, 2048px per side and 10 MiB. Larger images are rejected without resizing. No OCR, font recovery or poster layer reconstruction.

Can I edit text or preserve a photo exactly?
Text becomes path outlines, not editable letters. Fonts and original layers are not recovered. Photos, gradients and shadows are simplified into colour regions; keep the PNG when you need its original detail.
